Primavera Sound Festival 2011

From the 26th to the 28th of May the Primavera Sound 2011 takes place at Parc del Forum. This is the perfect oppurtunity for a short trip to Barcelona with a combination of the visit to the event.

primavera-sound-festival.jpgAt the Primavera Sound Festival 2011, national and international bands perform from various kinds of genres, including well-known artists in Rock& Pop, gruge, electronic music, and hardcore bands from the extreme rock scene. There are no campgrounds, so we recommend you to stay in a closely situated apartment in Barcelona.

This year the "Flaming Lips", "Sufjan Stevens "and " Animal Collective " are on the list. This year the event takes place at the Poble Espanyol on 25th and 29th of May, among others "Echo & the Bunnymen, and Mercury Rev. are planning to perform.

 In addition, a lot of popular DJ's provide the perfect atmosphere and the best sounds.
The Primavera Sound Festival is accessible with the yellow metro line L4, the Metro station is El Maresme Forum and is very close to the sea.

Ticket prices:


By the 15th of April, you can purchase festival tickets and daily tickets for the price of 175 € and 70 € (+ Booking fee). From the 16th April the Festival Festival tickets and a day pass cost 180 € and 75 € (+ Booking fee).
The price of festival tickets and day tickets at the box office amount € 190 and 80 €.
