Early this morning florists and book sellers built up their little stands, not only in downtown Barcelona, but every few meters on all main streets of the city. Not only book and flower shops participate in this tradition. Even the public transport TMB initiated a competition for the best short story on the bus or metro, dedicated to St. Jordi.
